| Can I combine shipping charges? |

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipping costs for multiple items purchased. If our system changes, we are more than happy to do so. However right now a discount on shipping is not offered. |

| Can I save on shipping charges by picking the item up myself? |

We apologize for any inconvenience but, unfortunately, we are not currently able to accommodate customer pick-ups. |

| Do you drop ship? |
|
Our shipping process is automated and does not allow for removal of our company name from the return address label. We will, however, ship to whomever you would like us to. Please specify the appropriate name and address when making your purchase. |

| What are my shipping options? |
|
You can select from the following shipping options:
Standard shipping - 4 to 14 Business days (may take up to 21 days)
Expedited shipping - 3 to 7 Business days
International mail - Up to 6 weeks |

| Why is it taking so long for my order to arrive? |
|
Unfortunately, we do not have control over how long it takes the Post Office to deliver your package once it leaves our warehouse. We process and ship out our packages within 1 to 2 business days. |

| Can I upgrade my shipping method to something faster? |
|
Unfortunately, once an order is purchased it is impossible to go back and change the shipping method. |

| Do you offer overnight/express delivery? |
|
At this time we do not have the supplies to offer overnight shipping. Our fastest method of shipment is with our Post Office, using Expedited Shipping. Without delay, the item should arrive within 6 business days. Sometimes it can take only 3 business days to arrive. If you need the item the next day, please look elsewhere for a seller who offers that option. |

| How do I return an order? |

| Where are you shipping my order from? |

We ship all of our packages from our Warehouse in Wilmington, MA. |

We sincerely apologize for the mix up. We strive to make sure that every order is correct and shipped out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, there are the rare occasions when an order slips through the cracks. We want to do everything we can to make it up to you.

| What are your condition guidelines? |
|
New: Just like it sounds. A brand-new, unused, unread copy in perfect condition.
Like New: An apparently unread copy in perfect condition. Dust cover is intact; pages are clean and are not marred by notes or folds of any kind. Suitable for presenting as a gift.
Very Good: A copy that has been read, but remains in excellent condition. Pages are intact and are not marred by notes or highlighting. The spine remains undamaged.
Good: A copy that has been read, but remains in clean condition. All pages are intact, and the cover is intact (including dust cover, if applicable). The spine may show signs of wear. Pages can include limited notes and highlighting, and the copy can include "From the library of" labels.
Acceptable: A readable copy. All pages are intact, and the cover is intact (the dust cover may be missing). Pages can include considerable notes--in pen or highlighter--but the notes cannot obscure the text. |

Unfortunately, we have quite a substantial inventory and we do not take pictures. Please refer to our condition guidelines above for questions regarding item conditions. |

At this time, we don't have the capacity to dynamically research edition numbers.
We list all of our books online by their ISBN/ASIN numbers. These numbers directly indicate the edition of the book. Please verify that the ISBN in our listing matches the ISBN that you are searching for. If you decide to purchase your item from us, and find that the book we send does not match the posted edition, we will immediately resolve the situation and do our absolute best to take care of you. |

| Can I pay with a check or money order? |

| We do not accept cash, checks or money orders that are sent to us in the mail. If checks, money orders or cash are mailed, we return them immediately. |

| How do I look up the status of my order? |

Please email sales@gotbooks.com and a customer service representative will be in touch with you shortly. They will provide a tracking number (if available), and let you know how long it should take for the item to arrive. |
